Shipping & Returns
Gift cards and Players Cards orders will be processed and shipped within one week of your order date. Physical Players Cards will only be mailed if you are a new cardholder. Returning cardholders are encouraged to continue using their existing cards.
Players Cards will be added to accounts within 2-3 business days. This means if you are a new cardholder before you receive your physical Players Card in the mail, you can begin to use your card benefits.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns will not be accepted if product benefits have been redeemed.
Extensions are offered for Players Cards for medical reasons. Please contact [email protected] to request an extension.
Holiday Gift Purchases
To ensure that you or your gift recipient receive their gift by Christmas Day, please play your order by Tuesday, December 15.
If you are purchasing a Players Card as a gift, please include the full name, email, phone number, and address of the recipient in the customer notes section so we can assign the card to the correct account. If the recipient has an existing Players Card, you may also include their Players Card number.
If you would like to purchase a gift card as a gift and would like to have the gift card mailed to the recipient, please include their full name and address in the customer notes section.
